6:30am - Check-In Opens (with Coffee and Donuts). Driving range and practice greens are available.

Afternoon Golfer

Format

18-hole Scramble. In this format, players or team captain decide after each shot which one the best shot is. Each player on the team plays their next shot from that spot; within one club length, no closer to the hole.The team then plays this way until the ball is holed out. Each person on the team gets to hit from each best position. The team then takes a score at the end of each hole based on the single best shots from each position on that hole. Prize holes include Longest Drive, Closet to the Pin, and Straightest Drive.

Power Pack

Each registration fee includes a Power Pack. This pack includes (1) Power Play, which allows each player to move up a tee on a single hole of their choice (Women may hit from the 200 yard marker, and all men may hit from the Ladies tee); and (1) Toss, which allows each player to throw or "toss" the ball from off of the green to extend the prior shot on a single hole of their choice.

Dress Code (for Players and Volunteers)

Proper attire includes: golf polo with collar, golf sweaters, golf mock turtlenecks, golf outerwear, rain suits and pants, golf slacks, golf shorts, golf shoes with soft-spikes only, soft soled sneakers. Regardless of season, proper attire does NOT include: t-shirts, tank tops, mesh shirts, denim jeans/jean shorts of any color, coaches shorts, basketball shorts, collarless shirts, sweatshirts, swimwear, sweat pants, boots of any kind.

Payments

While your registration fees will already have been paid prior to the tournament, it is a good idea to bring cash for tipping the beverage cart staff. There is an ATM machine at the course. We will also be accepting cash or credit cards the day of the tournament for buying 50/50 and Prize raffles, purchasing tournament merchandise available for sale, and making donations.

Parking

Parking can get tight due to the overlap in the morning and afternoon tee times, so please carpool together if possible.

Weather Cancellations

The tournament will be taking place RAIN or SHINE. Be sure to bring your foul weather gear or poncho just in case!
